Q. How many parking spaces do I get?
One covered space per apartment. The property has numerous open parking spots for second cars and quest. |
Q. Can I set up automatic payment for my rent?
Yes. Just come into the office and a staff member with set it up. |
Q. How many people can live in apartment home?
A one bedroom allows 3 people and a two bedroom 5. |
Q. Do you have a car wash area?
Yes. For your convenience, it is available 24 hours |
Q. Do you provide parties for the residents?
Yes. Valley Plaza is pleased to hold a summer bash in July! |
Q. Can I use your clubhouse for a party.
Yes. Monday-Saturday the hours are from 6pm-10pm and Sunday from 9am to 10pm. |
Q. Do you pay for utilities?
No. Residents are billed monthly. |
